Au Pair
Atenea’s Au Pair – USA Program is designed for young women who have a passion for childcare. This program offers the opportunity to live for a full year with an American host family, where they will be welcomed as a family member, take part in daily activities, and assist with child care. In return, they receive a stipend and the chance to enroll in a free-choice course at a college or university.
The program aims to promote cultural exchange by sharing ideas, traditions, and customs between different countries.
- Be between 18 and 26 years old.
- Be single, childless, and a non-smoker.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Have a passion for childcare.
- DS-2019 Form, required for obtaining the J-1 Visa.
- Round-trip airfare: Peru – USA – Peru.
- Full accommodation and meals for one or two years.
- Weekly stipend of approximately $200.
- Enrollment in a university or higher education institution.
- Guidance for the interview at the U.S. Embassy.
- Year-round support from a Local Area Representative in the United States.

- One and a half days off per week and one full weekend off per month.
- Two weeks of paid vacation.
- Certificate of participation issued by Atenea.

- Once you pass the English assessment, you can enroll in the program.
