Trainee
Programa dirigido a profesionales con al menos un año de experiencia laboral en su campo de especialización o egresados de otras carreras que tengan como mínimo cinco años de experiencia en el sector de hotelería o gastronomía. A diferencia del Internship, que está diseñado para estudiantes o recién graduados, el programa Trainee permite a los participantes perfeccionar sus habilidades en un entorno profesional avanzado, enfrentando desafíos reales y responsabilidades de mayor nivel dentro de empresas norteamericanas.
The program offers a work immersion in areas such as Hospitality, Tourism, Gastronomy, and related fields, helping professionals expand their network, learn new work methodologies, and enhance their competitiveness in the global market.
- Must be between 20 and 34 years old.
- Internship: Must be a university or higher education student (in the final years) or have graduated in the last twelve months.
- Trainee: Haber egresado de una universidad o instituto superior y tener como mínimo un año de experiencia o contar con experiencia en el sector en el que se desea realizar las prácticas por un tiempo no menor de 5 años.
- Advanced level of English.
- DS-2019 Form, required for obtaining the J-1 Visa.
